Second Boston Marathon Victim ID'd

A woman who was at the Boston marathon to cheer on a friend was identified today as the second person to die in the terrorist bombing. Krystle Campbell, 29, joins Martin Richard, 8, as the two fatalities from the Monday attack. A third person who died in the twin blasts has not yet been identified.
